I decided to do what I am good at – giving advice.  People often ask me for adivce so…..if you need any advice, I am willing to try and support you.  Just ask on…..   🙂

  1. Yesterday had the potential for a great deal of stress for me to get involved in. Thanks to a book called “Real Happiness” by Sharon Salzberg, I practiced a bit of breathing meditation and was able to NOT react to the situations that were stressful. ” Believe that you can, and you will.”
