I am 12 pounds into slimness…and it is not too bad.
The 17 day diet has several 17 day cycles. I am doing #2. Spaghetti squash, you say, OMG. Well I don’t remember why I never tried it a second time but today….here’s what I had for lunch:
Prepare the squash for baking. I laboriously cut it in 1/2 scraped out the guts and put it @375 degrees for 45 minutes.
1/2 spaghetti squash baked in a 1/2 of water in a glass pan.
After it was cooked I scraped out the spaghetti looks like spaghetti. I had browned garlic, onions and broccoli in a pan and added some marinara sauce.
I cheated and put a little parm cheese at the tippy top.
Crispy, NO CARBS, and was pretty nice. Can’t wait to try it again with an Olive oil dressing instead of tomato.
